TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Usage Rights:I retain the right to use any commissioned artwork for portfolios, advertising, and self-promotion.
Private commissions can be arranged for an additional fee. If your piece is a surprise gift, I can delay sharing it publicly. Afterward, you can choose to remain anonymous or be credited without extra costs.2. Restrictions:The commissioned artwork is for personal use only. Commercial use is subject to a separate agreement and will incur additional charges (at least double the price).
You may not sell, redistribute, reproduce, or claim ownership of the artwork.
Removing the signature/watermark from the artwork is strictly prohibited.3. Revisions and Edits:One round of minor revisions is allowed after the final delivery of the artwork. Any additional changes or updates made after the last approval and delivery will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total project cost per update.4. NSFW Commissions:By commissioning NSFW artwork, you confirm that you are of legal age to view such content (18+).
For NSFW commissions involving third-party likenesses, written consent from the person depicted is required. This must be sent via email or Instagram, including their name and age. If any information is falsified, I will provide all necessary details to legal authorities.5. Refund Policy:Full refunds are only possible if the commission has not yet started.
No refunds are available for commissions priced below $50.
Partial refunds are available based on the amount of work completed. The final amount will be adjusted according to the progress made.
You may choose to downgrade the level of detail in the artwork (e.g., from full painting to a simpler sketch), and I will refund the price difference. This option is only available for 70/30 payment plans.6. Delivery Time:Commissions typically take 7 to 30 days to complete, depending on the complexity and my current workload.
Completion time may extend due to unforeseen circumstances such as personal emergencies or travel. If your commission is urgent, please inform me in advance.7. Legal Notice:If commissioning NSFW artwork featuring a third party, explicit consent from the individual must be provided. If it is found that consent was falsified, I reserve the right to report any relevant information to legal authorities to protect the depicted individual and their guardians.
